• Telephone bookings will not be held until receipt of a completed booking form, together with £100 steling or $170 USD per week non-refundable deposit is received to confirm booking.
• I agree to pay the total balance in full no later than eight weeks prior to my departure date.
• All cheques to be made payable to Mr S Barnes.
• I agree that in the event of any problem arising during my holiday, i will immediately contact the local management company. Failure to do so will result in no liability being accepted in respect of subsequent claims received.
• N.B. A refundable security deposit of £150 sterling or $250 USD per stay is required with the balance prior to travel.
