Family Room

In the very center of the villa is a large seating area called the Family room. It has a 16ft vaulted cathedral ceiling giving it a very light and spacious feel. Many of the other rooms lead directly from here so it really is the central hub of the home. 

It contains one large and two medium sized luxurious sofas (one of which can easily be pulled out and converted into a Queen sized bed), a large comfortable chair and plenty of table space.

A large set of Patio doors give direct access to the pool deck as well as providing a great view out over the pool area and beyond, while a ceiling fan ensures that the room stays cool as you relax.

To help keep everyone entertained there is a large widescreen LCD television with cable TV, a multi-region DVD with a selection of family films and a CD player.

If you fancy escaping the sunshine for a while, it is the ideal place to come curl up and relax with a good book.

Kitchen & Laundry Room

Kitchen

The large fully fitted kitchen comes complete with every modern convenience, including a cooker with time saving easy clean ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and coffee machine. 

The Kitchen has a telephone from which all local calls are FREE, and other calls can be paid for using telephone cards (available in most large retail outlets).

Laundry Area

Should you wish to do any laundry, we have a high capacity washing machine, tumble drier, iron and ironing board located in the laundry room, which also allows internal access into the garage.

Dining Room & Breakfast Nook

Dining Room

The villa has two dining areas, the Dining room and the Breakfast Nook. The dining room is located centrally in the villa and compromises of a large wooden table and six chairs, and is ideal for both formal and casual meals. 

Breakfast Nook

The roomy breakfast nook adjoins the Kitchen and breakfast bar. It contains a wrought iron glass topped table with four chairs and two bar stools. A large window lets in plenty of natural light.

Games

To add to your enjoyment we have taken the unusual step of converting our large two car garage into a fantastic Games Room.

The carpeted room features a pool table, air hockey, table tennis, a dartboard and a 5 Mb Wi-Fi Internet Broadband connection.

Bedrooms

The villa contains five large tastefully furnished bedrooms and a double sized sofa bed, allowing up to 12 adults to sleep comfortably. Each bedroom has its own colour television with cable TV.

Master Suite

Located at the rear of the villa, the Master Suite has a large King sized bed and a luxurious en-suite bathroom. The bathroom is made up a large tub, walk in shower, his 'n' hers wash basins, a huge vanity mirror, and a separate toilet. Additional  luxuries include a clock radio, and a hairdryer. Storage space is no problem with a large walk-in closet. As a final touch of elegance you will have your own doorway out onto the pool deck.

Bedroom Two

Bedroom two can be found at the rear of the villa on the opposite side to the master suite. It has a large Queen sized bed and an en-suite bathroom which includes a bath/shower unit. Additionally, the bathroom has direct access onto the pool deck.

Bedroom Three & Four

Bedrooms three and four each contain two single beds. Your little ones will love one of the rooms which is tastefully decorated in a Mickey Mouse / Goofy Disney theme. Located conveniently between the two rooms is the villas fourth bathroom which has a bath / shower unit.  

Bedroom Five

The villas fifth and final bedroom is located at the front of the villa and has a Queen sized bed and a en-suite bathroom which includes a bath / shower unit. Bedrooms two, three, four and five all have ample closet space provided by large built-in closets and drawers. 

If you still need to squeeze in a couple more people, there is a Queen sized sofa bed located in the Family Room. All the bedding is provided and the beds are made with clean bedding before your arrival. Extra bedding is provided should you need it.

The villa has air-conditioning throughout, so will remain at a consistent cool temperature that will make you feel comfortable even if the temperatures are on the up and up outside, and will also help towards giving you a good nights sleep.

Pool & Spa Area

The villa has its own private southerly facing 26 by 13 foot pool and spa. It is surrounded by a extended patio which includes a covered lanai with a cooling ceiling fan, and is furnished with chairs, a table, and sun loungers, allowing you to dine al fresco, sit around and enjoy a cool glass of wine, or just lie back and work on topping up that tan. There is enough seating for 12.

If you find the pool is a little cool for your liking, it can be fully heated at an additional charge (recommended for October to March). The pool deck is fully screened which helps to keep the pool clean, and it does not affect your tan in any way. The pool is serviced weekly so you can be sure it is clean and safe to swim in, and there are a selection of pool toys for the children (of ALL ages) to play with. The luxurious raised Spa is a great way to relax and is able to accommodate up to four people at once. Not a bad way to discuss tomorrows adventures!

Other features of the pool deck include mood lighting (lights in the pool cycle through 12 different colours giving a sensational night time effect to relax by), direct access to the villas second en-suite bathroom which has a bath / shower unit, and a pool safety fence for peace of mind should young children be staying at the villa and takes only minutes to put in place.

All this is set in a private environment with no other villas looking directly over the pool area.

Our Management Company in Florida maintains the villa to the highest of standards both internally and externally. They will be available to sort out any problems during office hours and deal with emergencies 24 hours a day. 

The villa is cleaned before and after your visit. All the bedding and towels are provided and the beds are made with clean bedding before your arrival. Extra bedding is provided should you need it.
